Drawing inspiration from the classic West Coast beach house, Archer Point takes the welcoming charm and relaxed atmosphere of a traditional summer house, and blends it with an open-concept floor plan and modern amenities.

This three-bedroom home provides ample space for living and entertaining, while the 9′ ceilings and expansive windows flood the interior with natural light and provide spectacular sight-lines. The plan sits on a horizontal axis allowing the living, kitchen and dining spaces to flow in perfect alignment to viewpoints along the rear facade.

Indoor/outdoor living is a central feature of this home and is easily achieved from all the main living areas. Three oversized sliding glass-panel doors connect the interior to an adjoining covered patio where a second outdoor living space awaits, complete with al fresco kitchen, dining area, and custom outdoor fireplace.
